2012 Is the end of the world AS WE KNOW IT not the end of existence. This is our chance to remake ourselves and our world in the best possible image that we can hold. It’s time for us to stop playing around and start creating our best possible life. This article is about the First Law of Manifestation.

The first and most important law is that everyone must learn to use all three of their minds. This includes both the conscious and subconscious minds as well as the Super-conscious mind. Keep it in Mind!

The most common way of manifestation is through your personal power or will. This is a very physical way of creating things such as working at a job or exercising at a gym in order to create the desired results. This is includes any and all physical actions that lead you to your desired results.

The subconscious mind is the way that we have been manifesting things in to our lives since the beginning. Unfortunately by not being aware of this we have been manifesting many things that we do not want or need. So yes we do need to take responsibility for everything in our lives good and bad.

Think of our subconscious mind like a computer . It has great power and memory but will only act on what is put in to it. If you are inputting bad data whether you are aware of it or not you are going to get bad results. All the time we have been blaming God or the Universe for bad things in our lives it was actually us that were responsible.

So it follows that the third way of manifestation is to use the Super Conscious Mind. Also known as Spirit, God, or the Higher Self this is who we pray to. This is something that we need to learn to do correctly in order to really manifest at a super level.

When manifesting with prayer have NO DOUBT. You must believe that it is done as soon as you have finished your prayer. Know that God will decide how and when this is to come to being. I highly recommend that you end all prayer requests with the phrase for the highest good of all. Sometimes the things we most desire we find out later were not in our best interest. This will protect you.

Is A Non-Vegetarian Diet Healthy?

Some individuals say that many of the items that are in a regular western diet are inherently bad for adult human beings. Their argument basically goes that if we were to cut out these things, then we would live longer, healthier lives. It is frequently said that drinking milk will help stave off osteoporosis because of the high calcium content of milk, but if it is difficult for us to extract, then that is a rather doubtful claim. Why take the risk when you can simply take a few calcium pills? In rural Thailand very, very few individuals eat any dairy products at all and a lack of calcium is not a local concern.

Eggs are not that healthy for you either because they are high in cholesterol. They also contain growth hormones, pesticides and antibiotics for the same reasons that milk does. Salmonella is a serious danger if the chickens are not dosed up to the eyeballs with antibiotics. Eggs can also result in constipation.

Fish is considered a healthy alternative to meat, yet you have to be cautious with that too these days. There is so much heavy metal is some fish like tuna and salmon, that it is recommended not to eat these fish more than once a week.

Of course, not all vegetarians avoid all the foodstuffs listed above. In fact, most vegetarians will eat fish, a few less will eat cheese, eggs and drink milk. The smallest group of common vegetarian creeds is the vegans who will eat none of the above - no animal products whatsoever is allowed to pass their lips.

Vegetarians have always had the image of being on the fringe. In the Fifties, they were the Beatniks and in the following decades, they were the Hippies. However, it is normally only novices who undergo these problems. Experienced vegetarians know the dangers and either eat a very diverse vegetarian diet or take supplements.

One effective way of replacing animal proteins is by eating beans, pulses, lentils and nuts. This is not an arduous challenge, but it does require more thought than throwing a hamburger on the griddle or barbecue. This is one of the issues for busy vegetarians - preparing food takes a lot longer.
