Dedication is a measure of how committed you are to a successful end result… It’s really important to put specific time aside to do your exercises. Make an appointment with yourself to fulfil your future and keep to it.

When your friends see how committed you are, they won’t expect anything else from you. Establishing your timetable helps you cope better mentally. You’ll exercise all the better for it.

The purpose of a contract is to have written evidence of your Determination. It helps having a physical document that is there for all to see. Discipline (to overcome the hard times) - the resolve to work around challenges and not allow them to stop you achieving your goals.

Your contract is a working document designed to assist and strengthen you through the change in your life. Plan your work, and then work your plan with commitment. In a year’s time, both the way you look and your life in general could be unrecognisable to those who know you now.
